TUESDAYS

17:00 – 18:00 – Recreational sessions – age 5-16 (termly bookings)

18:00 – 20:00 – Competitive squad – by invite only

FRIDAYS

16:00 – 17:00 – Recreational sessions – age 5-16 (termly bookings)

17:00 – 18:00 – Recreational sessions – age 5-16 (termly bookings)

18:00 – 20:00 – Competitive Squad – by invite only

For recreational sessions, no prior experience is needed.  One pay as you go trial sessions can be arranged, subject to availability. If you already have experience as a competitive gymnast, trampolinist, or diver, you can arrange a trial for our competitive squad.
