Working in partnership with Mytime Active we can provide the following:

| Friday | 4pm – 5pm | Mytime Active session ages 5-10yrs (termly sessions) |
| Friday | 5pm – 6pm | Mytime Active session ages 10-16yrs (termly sessions) |
| Friday | 6pm – 8pm | Competitive session |
| Saturday | 10am – 11am | Mytime Active session ages 5-10yrs (termly sessions) |
| Saturday | 11am – 12pm | Mytime Active session ages 10-16yrs (termly sessions) |
| Saturday | 12pm – 1pm | Mytime Active Special needs families – all ages welcome (pay as you go) |
| Saturday | 1pm – 2pm | Mytime Active Family bounce. Open to all ages 2 – adult (pay as you go) |
All Mytime Active sessions can be booked directly with The Spa at Beckenham, on 020 650 0233. No prior experience is needed. If you would like a trial session before committing to the termly session please attend one of the pay as you go sessions.
